The John Slocum World War Two Project (JS2W2) is a military history archival endeavor. The core of the project consists of the personal accounts made by Mr. Slocum while stationed in Papua New Guinea and the Philippine Islands from 1943 to 1945. The project's goal is to make those records interoperable with a diverse body of data sets from other organizations like the National Archives of the United States, Australia, United Kingdom, Japan, and India.
